No account is needed, and we do not collect your name, email, phone number or precise location. We use no cookies, no ads and no cross-app or cross-site tracking.

What we collect

Anonymous statistics only, to know how many people listen and to what:

• Opening the site or app, the interface language, and device type (mobile or desktop).
• Starting the live channel or a reciter, and a heartbeat every 30 seconds while audio plays, to count listening minutes.
• Country only, derived from the connection at request time.
• The network name (such as the telecom provider) to measure traffic quality, and the referring site on the web.

What we do not keep

IP addresses are not stored. To count unique users, the site and the app create a random anonymous number that is kept on your device and reaches us only in hashed form. It carries no name or personal information, is not linked to any other data, and is never used for ads or for tracking across apps or sites. You can reset it by clearing the site's data or deleting the app.

What stays on your device

Favourites, language and theme are stored on your device only and are never sent to us.

Third-party services

Audio streams directly from its sources: reciter stations and recitations from mp3quran.net, and the live Holy Quran channel via the Aloula platform. Reciter photos come from Wikipedia. These services receive the playback request like any site you visit and have their own policies.

Children

The service is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
